29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location: 8th level of Building B a) The emergency eye was station wash located at ground level and took more than 2 minutes to access. The emergency eye wash station was not readily accessible to employee who were exposed to corrosive Portland cement dust; on or about June 19, 2012.
