29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2)(i): Midrails, were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working level: (a) On or about June 21, 2012, and at times prior, AJM Framers., as the creating and correcting employer, did not ensure that its employees and the employees of the electrical subcontractor on site were protected from falls in that the midrail of the guardrail systems were installed at about 13 inches above the walking level where it should have been 21 inches, in the north and south stair towers of Building 4 at 16173 Old Forest Point, Monument, Colorado.
