29 CFR 1910.266(i)(1)(iv): The employer did not provide training for each employee, including supervisors, at no cost to the employee, whenever the employee demonstrated an unsafe job performance: a) 23856 Dove Lane, Seaford, DE Able & Ready HaulingCo. did not provide adequate training to its employees prior to their performance of cutting down and removing sections of trees. An employee was tasked with cutting down a tree where at one point he was approximately 32 feet above the ground and tied off. However, the employee cut the tree limb he was tied off too and fell to the ground below. This employee was observed earlier in the day attempting to do the same thing but was stopped. This violation was observed on or about May 29, 2012.
