29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Throughout the workplace: On 06/13/2012, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees engaed in housekeeping activities and exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Bleach, Clorox Clean-Up, and Mold/Scum Remover. Employees were exposed to skin, eye, and respiratory injuries from contact with these chemicals while engaged in activities at the worksite not provided with a written hazard communication program.
