29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) ABM Janitorial, Riverview Home, Custodial Closet - Employees used Spartan Chlorinated Degreaser, a corrosive liquid with a pH of 13.3 - 13.5, to mop the showers, and the employer did not provide an eye wash and drench hose/safety shower, exposing the employees to potential injuries. Observed on or about 6/19/12.
