29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Site - South side of building scaffold: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet while working from a ladder jack scaffold without any fall protection. ALBERTO SOLIS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314645300, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 17, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 610 MADDIE WAY, MARIETTA, GA.
