29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In workplaces where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures: a. On or about June 20, 2012, in the Assisted Living Facility, an employee was required to wear a 3M 8511 Particulate Respirator or 3M Tekk Drywall Sanding Respirator while sanding drywall and the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program.
