29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employee, who was not a qualified person, was not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for his safety. a) Fire Pump Room: Employee, not trained in electrically related safety practices, was exposed to an arc flash explosion while engaged in work activities in close proximity to an energized 480V 3 phase electric fire control panel box while it was being serviced, on or about 6/18/2012.
