29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. Kitchen: The floor area in and adjacent to the Small Kitchen Waitress Area and pot sink/dishwashing machine area was not maintained in a clean and dry condition to the extent possible. Anti-slip mats were not installed.
