29 CFR 1926.25(a): Debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and   around buildings or other structures:    This violation occurred on June 21, 2012, at a job site located at 201 Colonial Trace, Fate, Texas 75132; where at least (3) employees were exposed to puncture wounds while working in areas where scrap lumber with protruding nails not kept clear.
