29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Corner of FM 78 and Lakeview Dr., San Antonio, TX, On or about 06/22/12, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazards of falls from an elevation of 11' 6" to the paved ground below while standing on a roof installing siding to the exterior of the building without fall protection.
