29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):     The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    a. Office/Storage/Break Room - On or about 6/21/12, Employees did not have access to the electrical panel in the event of an emergency as it was blocked by boxes of Solo cups and Furmano canned foods such that in the event of an emergency, the main disconnect for the equipment in the facility to include the ovens and mixers would not be immediately available.
