29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons shall not be permitted to ride on power industrial trucks. A safe place to ride shall be provided where riding of trucks is authorized. The employer does not provide a safe place for employees to ride on a power industrial trucks. This violation was observed on or about June 21, 2012, where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while being lifted on the forks of a GEHL RS5-19 Material Handler to unload masonry mud to the 2nd tieer of a scaffold.
