29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level was not guarded by a standard railing (or the equivalent as specified in paragraph (e)(3) of this section) on all open sides: a) Batch Room - There was no standard rail along the front of the mixer platform between the mixer and the wall. The platform was approximately 50" above the adjacent ground. On or about 6/25/12. b) Batch Room - There was no standard rail on the open side of the two risers of the mixer platform next to the stairs used to access the platform. The mixer platform was approximately 50" above the adjacent ground. The two risers added approximately 15" to that height. On or about 6/25/12.
