29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6):     Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems:    a) Construction Site/100 Water Street, Conneaut Lake, PAInterior Stairwell Area: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 8-feet while walking across a plank that was laid across an open stairway (stairwell).  While walking across the plank, personnel were not protected from falling by guardrail systems.
