29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. (a) 1974 Hunters Way, Morgantown, WV: Employees were not wearing protective helmets while handing up materials to other employees working above them. Employees were not protected from head injury from falling items such as tools, metal panels, OSB board, and PVC pipe, as determined on June 1, 2012. Abatement Certification Required for this Item.
