29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. An employee performing siding installation from a ladder jack scaffold more than ten feet above the lower level was not using fall protection. *Abatement certification is required per 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
