The Newport Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312187479, Citation 1, Item number 3, Issued on 10/09/2008 with respect to a workplace located at Main Street and Bernard Street, Andover, MA.
