29 CFR 1910.28(a)(1): Scaffolds were not furnished and erected in accordance with the standard for persons engaged in work that cannot be done safety from the ground or from solid construction: a) Pool Building - An employee used a metal extension ladder that was supported by placing it inside of a raised backhoe bucket while he replaced some wood on the outside of the pool building, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet, reported on or about 6-26-12.
