29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 6/26/2012 at3200 Holcomb Bridge Road, Norcross, GA: Two employees working the the basket of an aerial lift, installing new ballast and motion sensors on light poles, were exposed to a fall hazard approximately 20 feet to the lower level, were not wearing body belts and lanyards and not attached to the anchorage points inside the basket.
