29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: (a) Due to the facilities rural location, public responders could not be relied on for first aid response. The employer failed to ensure that an employee(s) onsite was trained and available at all work times to provide first aid treatment. 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv) (a) Loading dock area ; employees working in the store are exposed to electrical hazards while accessing freezers in the loading dock area. (1) The flexible cord on the Rober chest freezer was pulled through a wall to connect to a power source creating electrical and fire hazards. (2) The flexible cord on the Frigidair chest freezer was pulled through a wall to connect to a power source creating electrical and fire hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item.
