29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):  Portable Fire Extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    (a) Bureau Of Reclamation, Boat Shop Building 900 shop area:       1. A portable fire extinguisher was laying on a work bench.       2. A portable fire extinguisher was sitting on the floor next to the broom storage area.

(a) Bureau Of Reclamation, Boat Shop Building 900 shop area; an oxygen and acetylene compressed gas cylinders were stored together on a cart.
