29 CFR 1917.45(j)(10): Cranes and derricks used to hoist personnel were not equipped with an anti-two-blocking device. (a) At the terminal, the Sumitomo LS118RM crane being used to lift personnel in a man basket, was not fitted with an anti-two-blocking device to shut down the crane and protect personnel in the event the hook was close to entering the sheave. Abatement verification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
