29 CFR 1904.40(a): Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. 1. Jobsite, 5698 Rising Sun Ave. - OSHA 300 and 300A logs were requested on June 18, 2012 at 1 pm and the logs were not received until 1:58pm on June 19, 2012 via email. No logs were sent for the Philadelphia location. Observed on or about June 13, 2012.
