29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or was required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Ray Catena Infiniti, Inc./ Edison NJ - Servicing Department - Employees within the Servicing Dept are required to wear tight-fitting negative pressure respirators for protection against hazardous chemicals and air particulates during primer application. The employees were not provided a medical evaluation prior to their use of respirators. Observed on/or about 06/27/2012.
