29 CFR 1926.1402(b): The equipment was assembled or used without ensuring that ground conditions are firm, drained, and graded to a sufficient extent so that, in conjunction (if necessary) with the use of supporting materials, the equipment manufacturers specifications for adequate support and degree of level of the equipment are met.    On or about June 25, 2012, IHC Construction Companies, LLC caused Manitowoc Crane Model 10000, S/N 100001200, to move onto a precast concrete structure.  The precast concrete structure failed as it was unable to support the weight of the crane, exposing employees hazards associated with a crane overturn.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
