29 CFR 1910.107(f)(1): In sprinklered buildings, the automatic sprinkler system in rooms containing spray finishing operations did not conform to the requirements of 1910.159. In unsprinklered buildings where sprinklers are installed only to protect spraying areas, the installation shall conform to such standards insofar as they are applicable. Sprinkler heads were not located so as to provide water distribution throughout the entire booth. a) Radiator Spray booth area- Spray booth used to re-spray/recoat repaired radiators did not have a sprinkler system in the spray area.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii): The employer did not establish and implement those elements of a written program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily was medically able to use that respirator, and that the respirator was cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user: a) Sand blasting area, and brake changing area - Employees voluntarily wearing negative pressure half face Advantage 200 MSA respirators were not medically evaluated and able to understand the limits, maintenance, and operations of the respirator.
