Equipment found damaged or defective shall not be used until repaired.    a. On the first floor, there was a extension cord with a missing ground prong plugged into the temporary power outlets, thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard.    b. In the storage room located on the first floor, there was a surge suppressor with a missing ground prong, thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard.
