Reichmuth Rd & Reichmuth Circle, Valley, NE 68064 (Job-site): The employer did not ensure that ladders were available to descend from the roof to the RustCo scaffold. The scaffold platform was approximately 3 1/2 feet below the roof. Abatement certification is required for this violation. Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
