29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distance of 3 feet to insulated lines or energized power lines when the voltage was less than 300 volts: (a) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when the service temporary service entrance cable designed for a nominal 220-240 volt service was resting on the welded frame scaffold that could be energized.
