29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)    Employees engaged in residential roofing activities on a steep roof approximately 20 feet above grade were not utilizing any method of fall protection.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):     Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladders length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigied support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist emmployees in mounting and dismounting the ladder.    The rails of an extension ladder did not extend a minimum of 3 feet above the work surface that employees were accessing and egressing.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item

Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)
