29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces:    a) Truck receiving pit: On June 21, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a build-up of explosive fugitive grain dust, from 1/8 to over 3 inches that had collected in the truck receiving pit that houses the motor and belt drive for the elevator boot.
