29 CFR 1926.100(a):  Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    a)     On or about June 26, 2012, the controlling employer, Weatherguard Construction, Inc., did not ensure employees of Masterteam LLC, a subcontractor, who were exposed to overhead hazards, were protected from head injuries due to possible falling objects while engaged in re-roofing operations.      WEATHERGUARD CONSTRUCTION INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.100(a), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313720146, CITATION 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON JUNE 25, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 19418 MANN CREEK, PARKER, COLORADO 80134.  THIS CITATION BECAME FINAL ORDER ON JULY 30, 2010.
