29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Power-operated industrial truck were not in safe operating condition and were not removed from service: (a) Swope's Salvage Yard, 92 Hoffman Road East Berlin, PA - Employees were using a Clark forklift modle G PX25 that was missing one of two LP gas tank strap that secures the tank to the fork, along with the horn not functional, and was not taken out service for repairs, thereby exposing employees to possiable injuries, on or about June 19, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
