29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On or about June 28, 2012 the following conditions were observed: a. Piles of trash were found on the second floor of the warehouse b. Bird feces were found on the 1st and 2nd floors, and the walls of the parking areas adjacent to the entrances of the offices and warehouse. c. The refrigerator was observed with old decaying food stored inside and spilled food and stains on and around the doors of the unit d. A hand dryer in the 1st floor restroom was missing the cover. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION
