Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when they turned outside lights on and off with a breaker switch inside a 110-220V circuit breaker box and had an unused opening in it. The ANCO AN9918 #3 meat slicer had exposed 220V conductors on the back of the machine due to a break in the conduit.
