29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: a) Drywall contractor staging room: On June 22, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were using an electric power drill to mix drywall joint material and water with an electrical extension cord that did not have either a GFCI or been tested through an assured equipment grounding conductor program. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
