29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Construction site, roof of IT work room - On or about June 28, 2012, Employees were exposed to fall hazards over 10 feet while making anchor bolt templates without utilizing any form of fall protection. WALTER BRUCKER & CO., INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR29 1926.501(b)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311273759, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 01, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 19, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1315 ECHO TRAIL, EASTON, PA
