29 CFR 1926.250(b)(7): Masonry blocks were stacked higher than 6 feet, and the stack(s) were not tapered back one half block per tier above the 6 foot level: a) Construction site, area between Rollins Center and lower lobby addition - On or about June 28, 2012, employees walked and worked in close proximity to concrete masonry blocks that were stacked more than 7 feet high creating a crushing hazard to workers in the event of a collapse or shifting of the stacked material.
