29 CFR 1926.304(f): All woodworking tools and machinery shall meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery. In the following instances the table saw was not equipped with safety features: a) Wallace Interiors - The Rigid table saw was not equipped with a spreader during ripping operations. b) Wallace Interiors - The Rigid table saw was not equipped with anti-kickback fingers.
