29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system: (a) Longmeadow High School site at the intersection of Bliss & Blueberry Hill Rds., Longmeadow, MA: On or about June 27, 2012, an employee was observed working in an excavation at least 11 feet in depth without being protected from a cave-in as required by this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
