The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) Jobsite: 877 North Pottstown Pike, Outside Extended Stay American Hotel - Two employees working from an aerial lift were not wearing a personal fall arrest system or a personal fall restraint system attached to the boom or basket. The employees were performing painting operations 20 feet above ground level without being attached to the basket of a JLG Aerial Lift Serial No. 0300079979, Model # 450AJSII. Observed on or about 06/21/12.
