29 CFR 1910.23(a)(2): Ladderway floor opening(s) or platform(s) were not guarded by a standard railing with standard toeboard(s) on all exposed sides with passage through the railing either provided with a swinging gate or so offset that a person could walk directly into the opening:  (a) Countryside Cooperative, Grain Bin Area; Work platforms were not protected with a standard guard rail system for fall protection on equipment, such as, but not limited to:  (1) The Fines and Wet Bins on the East side of the dryer; The work platform guard rail system did not have an intermediate railing, and  (2) The Fines Bin on the West side of the dryer; The work platform did not have a guard rail system in place.
