On the second floor here the employer was removing the elevator during demoliton, the doorway was left unprotected theeby exposing employees toa 20 foot fall hazard.    b.      On the first floor where the employer was removing the elevator during demolition, the doorway was left unprotected thereby exposing employees to a 10 foot fall hazard to the basement.
