29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) There was not adequate strain relief, such as but not limited to, the power cord for the A.B. Dick Press as near the plug-in the exterior wiring had pulled back exposing interior wiring in the Press Room. (b) There was not adequate strain relief for the power cord to the Baumfolder 714, as near the plug-in the exterior wiring had pulled back exposing interior wiring in the Bindery. (c) There was no strain relief devices to the pendant electrical cords in the Press Area.
