29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: (a) On or about June 27, 2012, and at times prior to that date, for the employees dismantling a scaffold approximately 56 feet high, located at the intersection of West 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue, Williston, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311213672 , Citation 1 , Item 4 , and was affirmed as a final order on March 7, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 801 West Main, Bozeman, MT 59715.
