29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. (a) The employer failed to ensure that each employee conducting roofing work at N6 W33056 Shannon Lane in Delafield, Wisconsin, were protected from falling to the lower level by the use of a fall protection system. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10.6 feet. A & B ROOFING, LLP WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 422963, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 12, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1740 WEST SHORE DRIVE IN DELAFIELD, WISCONSIN.
