OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards: (a) Auto repair shop: On or about 27 June 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck by and crushing hazard while elevating vehicles on lifts such as but not limited to the in-ground Rotary Lifts in bays #5, #6 and #8, with non-functioning extension stops on the telescoping swing arms.
