29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926,501(k) developed and implemented:    This employer is failing to ensure employees are protected from falling greater than six feet in height during the course of work on elevated surfaces.  The violations were moist recently observed at a work site, located at 145 S. Edgemoor, Wichita, KS, where employees were observed working from a roof surface of a residential structure, without the use of fall protection to prevent a fall greater than six feet to the ground below.     Jose Angel Ramirez was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number315089599, citation number 02, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/22/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 131 Harmony Court, Rose Hill, KS 67133.    Jose Angel Ramirez was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number314031402, citation number 02, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/21/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 10602 W. Atlanta Dr., Wichita, KS 67215.    Jose Angel Ramirez was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number315083071, citation number 02, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/21/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 10517 W. Jewell Ct., Wichita, KS 67209.
