29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: On or about at 6/25/12 located at 596 Asbury Cir, Atlanta, GA: The employer failed to ensure that his employees were not using a damaged extension cord that was laid across the parking lot and allowing vehicle traffic to damage the cord. The cord was used to power the masonry saw.
